A fresh Mistral breeze inhibited sailing on the first day of the 20th edition of Les Voiles de Saint Tropez. More than 300 yachts and close to 4,000 sailors have gathered in the French Riviera for the annual sailing regatta.

The combination of classic yachts with ultra-modern boats is the main feature of Les Voiles and its true trademark with the unique backdrop of the bay of Saint Tropez.

J Class Velsheda will compete in the IR1 class, where 1933-built yacht will line-up amongst some formidable modern yachts including the mighty Rambler (USA) and Leopard 3 (New Zealand).
