Topaz's Peter Holmberg on the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup & more

As the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup draws to a close, Peter Holmberg (Topaz) reflects on the event and what's to come for the J Class: "It has been a beautiful week here at the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup in Porto Cervo, great weather a great fleet, great everything. Topaz did not have their best regatta, but even a bad day on Topaz is a good day, it is a wonderful team, a wonderful owner. We had some gear breakages that hurt us a little bit. And honestly the competition is getting better, so we have to lift our game and do a little better. The class is going to ramp up from here. It is a wonderful thing to see for the class. We are glad for it but now we have to lift our game. It is everything and it starts with the sails and the boat. We don't have the freshest sails, if you are going to win you have to have fresh sails, how the boat can use a few tweaks and the crew composition might need a little more help in certain areas - all the things you would normally do to up your performance."
